While studying at National Institute of Homeopathy, N.S.Saini had training of tropical diseases at one of the worlds renowned center in south east Asia for tropical diseases “The Calcutta School of Tropical Medicine” which was established in 1914 by Sir Leonard Rogers who was also the founder of the Royal Society of Tropical Diseases.
N.S.Saini lectured at various community and health organizations in New Zealand and given submissions to the Ministerial Advisory Committee on Complimentary and Alternative Medicine (Naturopath) NZ. His articles in various health magazines in New Zealand about cases cured by homeopathy in his clinic brought awareness of the scope and immense benefit of homeopathic treatment under the expert care of N.S.Saini.
Worked as a homeopathic clinician at the Nehru Homeopathic Hospital (Delhi Government Funded) from 1984 to 1995.
Worked in different departments of the Homeopathic Hospital of Nehru Homeopathic Medical and Homeopathic Hospital, New Delhi, India like Medical, Surgical, Gynae/ Obstetrics, Dermatology, ENT etc.
Worked in the various Health Projects of Delhi Government. Honored by Delhi Government for his contribution in the community Health project of Polio Eradication Programme (in collaboration with World Health Organization.)
Worked as a clinician at the Hospital of National Institute of Homeopathy, Calcutta, India from 1979- 1982 (An organization of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , Government of India).
Worked as demonstrator and lectured at Nehru Homeopathic Medical College for 10 years. Introduced for the first time in the University Curriculum the non invasive techniques by a machine called Physiograph for teaching various experiments of physiology like Electrocardiogram, Electroencephalogram, Nerve Muscle conduction experiments, Arterial pulse, Venous Pulse. He was trained at Lady Harding Medical College in New Delhi for this machine, Physiograph.
